We understand. But because most Lynch Wisbey merchandise is made specifically for each order, there are a few things you should know before purchasing.
Many of our T-shirts and merchandise items are printed or produced after your order is placed.
This means we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind.
Incorrect size selection.
Selecting the wrong colour or design.
Ordering the wrong quantity.
Deciding you no longer want the product.
Personal preferences that do not indicate a fault or failure to meet consumer guarantees.
Please check product details and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed or significantly different from the product description, please contact us.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy.
For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.
Your rights apply to made-to-order and discounted merchandise as well as other products.

Please contact us before sending products back so we can provide appropriate return instructions.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after discovering an issue, preferably within 14 days of delivery, so we can investigate promptly.
However, this is not a deadline for exercising your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer guarantee rights may apply beyond this period, depending on the nature of the issue and the product.
We encourage customers to consult the size guide before ordering.
As most garments are printed to order, we cannot guarantee size exchanges where the correct item was supplied in the size selected.
If you realise you have selected the wrong size before production begins, contact us immediately.
We will do our best to help where practical.
This does not affect your consumer rights where a garment is faulty, incorrectly supplied or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Minor differences in garment colour, print appearance or placement may occur due to screen settings, garment materials and printing processes.
These normal variations are not automatically considered defects.
However, products must still be of acceptable quality, match their descriptions and meet all applicable consumer guarantees.
Where a return is required because a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.
If we agree to a discretionary return or exchange unrelated to a fault, any applicable return or replacement shipping charges will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Where Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a refund, we will provide that remedy in accordance with the law.
If your order has not arrived within the expected or a reasonable delivery timeframe, contact us.
We will investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
